Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate, timely, and complete information and materials required by 3DOTS TECH to perform the services. Any delay caused by the client’s failure to meet these obligations may result in project timeline extensions or additional costs.

Payment Terms

• All fees for services provided by 3DOTS TECH will be specified in a separate agreement or project proposal.
• A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in the proposal.
• Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon in the project contract. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables of the project, including website design, code, and any other agreed-upon assets.
• 3DOTS TECH retains the right to use the project, or parts of it, in our portfolio, marketing materials, or as a case study unless otherwise agreed.
• Any third-party software, plugins, or licenses integrated into the project will remain the property of their respective owners. It is the client’s responsibility to comply with the terms of those licenses.

Revisions & Changes

• Our project proposals typically include a specific number of revisions. Any revisions beyond that may incur additional fees.
• Significant changes to the project scope after the initial agreement may also require a revision to the timeline and cost estimate.

Project Timelines

We strive to meet all deadlines as agreed upon in the project contract. However, the timeline for completing a project may be affected by delays outside of 3DOTS TECH’s control, including but not limited to client delays, third-party issues, or technical challenges. We will inform the client promptly of any delays.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party during the course of the project. This includes business, technical, and financial information that is not publicly available. This confidentiality agreement will survive the termination of the project for a period of [specify timeframe, e.g., two years].

Termination

• Either party may terminate the project agreement at any time by providing written notice.
• If the project is terminated by the client before completion, 3DOTS TECH reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the termination date.

Warranty & Support

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 3DOTS TECH, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [West Bengal/India]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Bidhannagar].
